NYS_Tax_Parcels_Public_Footprint only displays when zoomed out beyond 1:37,050-scale. It contains labeled polygons only for those counties which make their tax parcel GIS data publicly available and are in the NYS_Tax_Parcels_Public layer. Boundaries were digitized at 1:24,000-scale. This map service is available to the public. The State of New York, acting through the New York State Office of Information Technology Services, makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the use of or reliance on the Data provided.
